Toilet Hunt is designed to work without accounts, sign-ups, or tracking logins. This page explains what data is involved when you use the site and why.
When you tap "Find Near Me," your browser asks permission to share your device's location. That location is used only inside your browser, for that session, to center the map and query nearby restrooms — it is not sent to any server we control, logged, or stored. If you decline the permission, the site continues to work through manual search.
To show live restroom data, Toilet Hunt makes requests directly from your browser to a small number of third-party services, each with its own privacy practices:
These requests may include your search text or, if you use "Find Near Me," your coordinates, sent directly to those providers to fetch results — that's separate from anything we ourselves store. Review their own privacy policies for details on how they handle that traffic.
Toilet Hunt uses Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies (such as device identifiers) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can learn more about how Google uses this data at Google's Partner Sites policy, and manage your ad personalization settings at Google Ads Settings. If you're in a region where consent is required before ads or cookies can be set (such as the EEA or UK), you'll see a consent prompt before any of this occurs.
Aside from the advertising cookies described above, this site does not currently set its own tracking cookies or run first-party analytics. If we add Google Analytics or similar tools in the future, we'll update this page to disclose exactly what's collected, how it's used, and what choices you have, before those tools go live.
